MB Raimondi
(Mary Beth) Raimondi, CPA, CITP, MS Taxation is an Advanced QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. She has been teaching QuickBooks nationally to both end users and accountants/consultants over 20 years. The focus of her practice is mainly QuickBooks consulting and training, specializing in strategizing, researching and installing 3rd party add-ons and conversions to QuickBooks from other accounting software. She’s part of the QuickBooks Solution Provider program, getting great deals on Intuit products and services. MB was named the 2019 ProAdvisor of the year by Insightful Accountant and has been named as one of the Top 100 ProAdvisors from 2014-2019.
Sue Mariano
Sue is a Quickbooks Certified Proadvisor with thirty years of accounting experience. Twenty of those years have been spent helping small businesses keep their books organized mostly by using Quickbooks. Various accounting positions from accounting clerk to chief financial manager have resulted in a working knowledge of AR/AP, payroll, JE preparation, general ledger analysis, tax preparation and sales tax reporting resulting in an understanding of the whole financial picture. An extremely detail-oriented and organized worker that enjoys a team atmosphere helps facilitate a great working environment for helping small businesses organize their financial records. Sue became QuickBooks Advanced Certified in 2009.
Colleen Raimondi
Colleen is a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online. She has been helping people and small businesses keep on top of their reconciliations and analyze accounts part-time for the past 4 years, but in truth, she has been working in her mom’s office in some capacity since she was a child. (In similar news, she is also an excellent paper shredder!) Colleen loves letting people focus on the parts of their small businesses that they are passionate about by taking some of the bookkeeping work off their plate. As someone with a math degree, Colleen knows there is no better feeling than when the numbers all balance out at the end of the day.
About Us
MB started using and recommending QuickBooks when it was first released. She joined the ProAdvisor program at its inception and was among the first ProAdvisors to become Advanced Certified in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Today, MB is a national QuickBooks trainer, a charter member of the Intuit Trainer and Writer Network, and is part of the national training team.
MB’s and her experienced team is focused on QuickBooks consulting, setup, and training. They love helping small and mid-sized businesses sort out bookkeeping processes and start operating efficiently in QuickBooks. MB is passionate about providing QuickBooks training, answering QuickBooks questions, and helping others solve unique QuickBooks problems. As part of the QuickBooks Solution Provider program, her team is qualified to help businesses select the appropriate Intuit products and services at a discounted price.
